여기서 drift의 뉘앙스가 재밌었습니다. 레이스를 하면서 급하게 꺾이는 것을 drift라고만 생각했는데, 표류하거나 미끄러지는 등의 뉘앙스도 포함돼있습니다.

out of~는 '끌어내다'의 뜻입니다. 보통 ~의 밖, 외부라고만 생각했는데, 무엇에서 무엇을 끌어내다의 뜻도 가지고 있었습니다.

Tea has long history in people’s daily. Today, it is common item, but, before a few century, it was considered luxury item. So, it always exist as world trade goods. People tried to get tea. They traded tea, however, sometimes fought to get. For example, “Boston Tea Party” and “Opium Wars” were caused by tea. Why is tea attractive item? Of course, it has fascinating taste. But, traditionally in east, it related with art and ascetic philosophy. The act of sampling tea is called 다도(茶道), 다예(茶藝), 다례(茶禮). There are acts were divided into several and delicate. Many people check his lives by arranging tea to drinking it. The other hand, in Chinese, people drunk tea for rinsing his mouth. Because they usually ate fatty food. Today, we just drink tea. But, are we sill connect up to tea?

After hundreds of years of variations to the preparation method, the standard became to heat tea, pack it into portable cakes, grind it into powder, mix with hot water, and create a beverage called muo cha, or matcha. Matcha became so popular that a distinct Chinese tea culture emerged. Tea was the subject of books and poetry, the favorite drink of emperors, and a medium for artists. They would draw extravagant pictures in the foam of the tea, very much like the espresso art you might see in coffee shops today.
